The Subaru Outback 2025 will be launched in Fall 2022. It will be available at Subaru dealerships throughout the United States, as well as in select international markets. The Subaru Outback is built at Indiana Automotive (SIA) in Lafayette, Indiana, along with Subaru Legacy, Impreza and Ascent.

How Much Will A Subaru Outback 2025 Cost?

According to Subaru, the starting price for the Outback 2025 ranges from $29,620 for a base base MSRP to $43,520 for an MSRP of the Touring XT.

The Subaru Outback 2025 offers the same two engine options as the Outback 2022: a 2.5-liter four-cylinder (182 hp) and a turbocharged 2.4-liter flat-four (260 hp). The only change is the Onyx version. Previously, the Outback Onyx version only offered a turbocharged engine, but for 2025 it also offers a naturally aspirated engine. 2025 Subaru Outback Rumor

Like just about everything else these days, the Subaru Outback and Legacy models are getting more expensive for 2025. Subaru announced this week that the new Outback will start at $29,620, while the 2025 Legacy will start at $25,415.

Subaru has updated many things in the new models, including improved EyeSight driver assistance technology that uses a new electric brake booster and can operate in a variety of conditions. Outback and Legacy models get blind spot detection with lane change assistance and rear cross traffic warning, and EyeSight now provides automatic emergency steering that helps the vehicle avoid collisions with obstacles at speeds up to 50 mph.

The Outback’s price is up to $800 compared to the 2022 Outback, which starts at $28,820. It’s not much different in the new Outback, but the front looks a little different. The grille and bumper are now larger and the headlights have been changed. The Outback Wilderness doesn’t get an upgraded wrap. For the Legacy 2025, Subaru raised the starting price by $925 over the base price of $24,490 for the 2022 Legacy. Exterior changes are limited to a new front end with new headlights and, again, a more prominent grille. Subaru has removed the limited-edition XT from the lineup, but the Sport model now comes standard with a 2.4-liter turbocharged engine.

This price includes Subaru destination and shipping costs, but is $150 higher in Alaska and “may vary” in nine other states, mostly in the Northeast: Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont .
