2024 Nissan Altima. As of the most recent reports, the new Nissan Altima 2023 will get a mild makeover. This mid-size sedan will continue to compete against models like the Hyundai Sonata and Honda Accord. The 2023MY will receive a minor change, mostly in terms of external appearance. The Pathfinder and Rogue SUVs are thought to have inspired the Altima.

While this is the most elegant sedan in our opinion, we have no idea what the new model will look like. However, the cabin will remain intact, along with powertrain options. On the other hand, Altima could offer a hybrid drive as an option.

2024 Nissan Altima Powertrain Specification

The powertrain should remain unchanged, with the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 188 horsepower. Additionally, the optional 248-horsepower 4-cylinder engine will remain as well. Each is equipped with standard FWD and a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). The base 4-cylinder engine is the only engine with an optional AWD configuration.

Although it’s not the fastest or most agile sedan, the Altima has a reputation for delivering impressive fuel economy figures. This will carry over to the 2024 model, although a hybrid or plug-in hybrid option is still popular.

2024 Nissan Altima Interior Rumors

The Altima’s interior is always nice and spacious, especially when it comes to the very supportive front seats. The interior of the Nissan Altima 2024, like the exterior design, is expected to undergo some minor changes to keep it fresh and updated. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard on all models except the base version. However, the latest integration with the phone may become standard next year. Additionally, an 8-inch touchscreen is also likely to make its way to the base base.

2024 Nissan Altima Redesign

According to new spy photos from the 2024 Nissan Altima, Nissan is planning a mid-cycle facelift for the cool sedan. However, its sales continued to decline, like any other sedan. Having said that, it doesn’t appear that Nissan has made many changes to the model, but there is a camouflage shell covering the front end, which is where the manufacturer will do most of the cosmetic upgrades.

Camouflage will likely hide a completely redesigned front end that looks more aggressive than the outgoing model. This means that Nissan will likely give the Altima new headlights, a new grille, and a reworked front bumper to match the rest of the car’s design. The rear is completely bare, with no visible changes, however, they may appear later in the further development of the car.

2024 Nissan Altima Release date

Right now, we don’t know how much the 2024 Nissan Altima will cost. Current models start around $26,000, and that’s all you need to know right now. On the other hand, the platinum trim level will cost $35,000 or slightly higher. As before, the Altima will continue to compete with other models in the sedan segment, including the Toyota Camry, Hyundai Sonata and Honda Accord.

The sedan segment is slowly fading, so we expect the dazzling Altima to sell more than in previous years. We hope the new front end and hybrid powertrain rumored to help the Altima achieve that goal.

2024 Nissan Altima Update

The sixth-generation Nissan Altima is only two years old, but this time next year, a new design will be on the way. New spy footage reveals that Nissan is preparing to give the sedan a mid-cycle update that will arrive for 2024. Sales continue to decline, so it appears Nissan hasn’t done much with the model, despite the camouflage wrap covering the front end, where the manufacturer does, and the car will make Most design changes.

The camouflage will likely mask a completely revised front end that looks more aggressive than the outgoing model. That means Nissan will likely give the Altima new headlights, a new grille and a redesigned front bumper, letting the new styling flow with the rest of the car’s styling. The entire rear is exposed without noticeable design differences, although this may appear later in the car’s development cycle.

The current Altima powertrain pair will likely remain unchanged on the restyled model. This means that the new sedan will have either a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine or an optional four-cylinder turbo engine, although both will be mated to a continuously variable transmission. The 2.5-liter should still produce the same 188 hp (140 kW), while the turbocharged engine produces 248 hp (185 kW). There should be no flashy internal changes with the update.

The Altima 2024 will also come with a slew of standard safety technologies, adding the Nissan Safety Shield 360 as standard equipment on the model. We won’t have to wait long to see the new design as rumors have it that the new Altima will be revealed in mid-2022 before going on sale later in the year for 2024. The update could reverse or slow down its sales decline, though for sedans and small vehicles The other still suffers from declining sales. Will a new face suffice to save Altima?
