2024 Kia Soul Rumors Redesign Reviews

2024 Kia Soul. The Kia Soul EX 2024 may be advertised as a crossover even though it only has front-wheel drive and is a roomy five-seat hatchback. It competes with the Toyota C-HR, Nissan Kicks, and Hyundai Venue due to its appealing design, great efficiency, and affordable pricing. The soul box styling and whirling roofline conceal the car’s humble beginnings. The muzzle is the same as the rest of the Kia models, but this year’s model has a new emblem that is essentially impossible to see and, on the high-end model, tiny LED headlights.
The clumsy additions have been removed from the previous X-Line version, leaving behind a precisely defined body that expands the lines as it approaches closing. Compared to the original first generation Soul, the black trim around the rear pillars and many ornate lines on the tailgate look sloppy, but still eye-catching.
2024 Kia Soul Redesign
The base hatchback for the Kia Soul EX 2024 now includes an 8.0-inch touchscreen as standard equipment. The technology package that comes standard on the Soul LX includes Active Lane Control, Blind Spot Monitoring and Automatic Emergency Braking. A version that features a 10.3-inch touch screen and wireless phone charging is also available. There are four different models of Kia Soul. The Kia Soul comes in LX, S, EX and GT-Line trim levels. In the end, they were all weirder than interesting. We love Soul for its elegant, sporty exterior and spacious interior. The 2.0-liter inline-4 engine that powers most Souls cars has 147 horsepower, which is transmitted by a CVT.
Performance is on par with vehicles in its price range, but slower and only gets 31 mpg on the highway. With a 201-horsepower turbocharged engine, it incorporates a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox that looks obvious at low speeds. The Soul deserves better care due to its plush ride and robust handling. The soul can accommodate up to five passengers if required. Everyone will have enough head and leg room, but the size of the back seat passengers will be limited by shoulder room.
2024 Kia Soul Interior Rumors
The front seats of the 2024 Kia Soul are comfortable and large enough for most adults to sit on. While some of the more expensive Soul models have power seats, most Souls have manual adjustments. The chair fits most people despite the poor level of comfort. For short trips, three people can sit in the back seat and a 6-foot-tall passenger can sit behind another 6-foot-tall passenger in the back.
All of this is achieved with the Soul, which still has a maximum payload volume of 24.2 cubic feet, or even more when the rear seats are folded. It has a large fully open cargo area and has adjustable shelves for storing items. We were expecting better materials from the base Soul model, which starts at under $20,000. The most expensive Souls seats are faux leather, but most Souls in the middle price range have soft cloth seats.
2024 Kia Soul Powertrain Specification
The CVT transmission transmits 147 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque from the standard 2.0-liter Inline-4 engine to the front wheels. Kia no longer offers a manual gearbox option like the previous year. This combination is perfect for negotiating city traffic because it doesn’t put a lot of pressure or force on the front wheels. While the steering is noticeably heavier than similar hatchbacks, the added weight of the steering wheel in Sport Driving mode increases the car’s ability to stay on track on the highway.
Even with the larger 18-inch wheels, the Soul is still fun to drive in all conditions. This model is the most powerful Soul model thanks to its 201-hp, 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, which together produces 195 lb-ft of torque to the front wheels. The car’s engine, which looks great in the ad and specs, is having problems shifting gears at low speeds. It’s really hard to change while traveling at city speed, and feels weird stopping and going in traffic.
2024 Kia Soul Release Date And Price
The 2024 Kia Soul costs $20365, but despite having an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, it lacks self-emergency braking. The $22,665 Soul is the model we chose because it comes with active security functionality, improved upholstery, a 10.3-inch touchscreen, and wireless smartphone charging.

2024 Kia Soul Update
The Kia Soul 2024 is a five-seater front-wheel drive hatchback that can be sold as a crossover. It competes with Toyota C-HR, Nissan Kicks, and Hyundai Venue in terms of style, fuel economy, and affordability. The Kia Soul includes a cheap start with a boxy exterior and short roof. It has a nose like any other Kia, with small LED headlights on higher models and a logo that’s almost impossible to read.
This year, the solid additions to the previous X-Line version have been removed, leaving a beautifully framed body with more and more stripes as it nears completion. Compared to the first Soul, the black trim on the rear pillars and lots of cut-out lines on the tailgate make this car look crowded, but still attractive.
Redesign Kia Soul 2024
The manual transmission is gone, but the cheapest Kia Soul EX 2024 hatchback now comes standard with an 8.0-inch touchscreen. The optional Soul LX technology package consists of automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring and active lane control. Other models have a 10.3-inch touch screen, keyless operation, and wireless smartphone charging. LX, S, EX and GT-Line trim levels are available for the Soul. They all fall on the right side of the boundary between the magician and the vulgar. We love the Soul’s fresh, lively exterior and spacious, uncomplicated cabin.
Most Souls are equipped with a 2.0-liter inline-four with 147 horsepower and a continuously variable gearbox. Although it’s not particularly fast, it delivers a fuel economy of up to 31 miles per gallon. The 201-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder engine is mated to an unstable 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox that is most noticeable at lower speeds. The above-average ride quality and heavy steering ensure the Soul is top rated.
The soul can accommodate five passengers if required. All rear seat passengers will have ample head and legroom, but limited shoulder space. With a maximum storage capacity of 62.1 cubic feet, the Spirit is routinely (and appropriately) used as a very practical two-seater – The Millennial Pack ‘N Play. The NHTSA Soul gives four crash ratings, although the Soul LX hatchback is not equipped with automatic emergency braking unless an additional investment is made.
Outback
With a wheelbase of 102.4 inches and a body length of 165.2 inches, the Soul has a maximum payload capacity of 62.1 cubic feet behind two people. Such a lovely place to spend a few hours is almost ruthlessly efficient. It scores 6 for ease and convenience, with extra points for storage space. The Soul’s front seats are comfortable and spacious enough for most adults. Premium Souls come with electrically adjustable seats, while most Souls can be manually adjusted. The seats are not very comfortable but sufficient for most passengers.
For short trips, it is possible to accommodate three adults in the back seat. The back seat is big enough for a 6′ tall. With the rear seats folded, the Soul can hold more luggage, up to 24.2 cubic feet. It has a high cargo floor, as well as a large entrance and a retractable cargo rack. We’d expect more from it if it were more expensive, but at under $20,000 the entry-level Soul model has an acceptable level of material. We love the best mid-range Souls fabrics and the most expensive synthetic leathers.

Kia Soul was equipped with both turbo and non-turbo engines, and it is clear which one provides the car with a more lively attitude. Driving a soulless car is painful, but the base model is just that: basic. We give it a 5 for performance in the middle. The base 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine produces 132 lb-ft of torque and sends it via a continuously variable gearbox to the front wheels (CVT). A year ago, Kia offered a manual transmission, which has now been abandoned. This configuration is desirable because it does not create excessive force or pressure on the front wheels, but is sufficient to pass through city traffic. On highways, it’s best to plan an uphill lane, and we’ll use Sport Driving mode to add more steering weight to help the car stay on track, even though the steering already feels heavier than similar hatchbacks.
The Soul rides admirably on any terrain, especially with the larger 18-inch wheels seen on the full model. The 201-horsepower 1.6-liter EX-Line Soul Turbo is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that sends 195 pound-feet of torque to the front wheels. Ads and specs make a powerful engine look great, but it has a downside: shifting high-speed gears at low speeds. It turns unsteadily at city speed and looks awkward in choppy traffic. The Turbo-4 doesn’t really change the driving style, so the quality of the change is negligible.
Kia Soul 2024 Release Date And Price
The Soul EX is available for $22,665 with active safety features, plush fabric upholstery, 17-inch alloy wheels, a 10.3-inch touchscreen, wireless phone charging and keyless ignition. Price wise, the item is a steal. The Soul GT-Line Turbo features a turbocharged engine, faux leather seats, 18-inch alloy wheels, powered speakers and a head-up display. At $28,965, we’ll definitely be looking at the Kia small crossover SUV.

2024 Kia Soul Rumor
We’re excited to be back with the Big Heart Fund for another year. For years, the Kia Soul has been praised for its adaptability and distinctive styling, but the new 2024 model boasts innovative features and a cabin that raises the bar.
Even more impressive is the Soul’s ability to fly around town thanks to the updated powertrain, which now offers two new turbocharged engines, each capable of up to 201 horsepower. The new Kia Soul was initially marketed to college parents as an inexpensive, safe and practical vehicle. This crossover will attract new buyers who love small cars, which now compete with cars such as the Honda HR-V and Hyundai Kona.
Redesign Kia Soul 2024
Just a few minor tweaks were made last year to the 2024 Kia Soul. For this year, the only visible change is the use of a stylish new Kia icon to replace the previous oval design. Enhanced infotainment features include an 8.4-inch touchscreen on the base LX and a standard 10.3-inch screen on all top-level LX models.
The S, X-Line and GT-Line trims come standard with dual-zone climate control, wireless smartphone charging, two additional USB ports and a start button. Until 2024, a manual gearbox will no longer be available. Steel Gray is being phased out in favor of Sparkling Silver, while Solar Yellow is being phased out completely, along with some minor changes in paint availability for each trim.
Outback
Another area where the spirit excels: the interior of the compact Kia Soul 2024 is unexpectedly interesting and of high quality. The Soul’s interior isn’t what you’d expect from a car at this price point, but it uses quality materials and features the latest technology. Despite the boxy exterior, the interior is more fluid and circular due to design choices made to accommodate the increased volume. Is it wasted in any way? No, this is not entirely true.
On the other hand, the Soul’s interior design is stunning compared to some of its major competitors. So far, so good: the tactics work, and as a result, Soul remains one of the most airy opponents in this segment. For a sporty impression, the Turbo model seats have more storage space up front. All EX and Turbo models include a 10-way adjustable seat with two-way lumbar support, while all versions have a four-way manually-adjustable passenger seat.
Machine
With the exception of the Turbo, all models use a naturally aspirated 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. Starting this year, the base GT model will not have a six-speed manual transmission; Instead, all trim levels up to the EX use a CVT automatic transmission as standard. 147 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque are produced by the 2.0-liter engine, just like in the Hyundai Kona. 201 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque are provided by the 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. For ease of use, it comes with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
When compared to other cars in its class, the increased ferocity of the Spirit is well worth the extra cost associated with a turbo engine. The dual-clutch transmission, although unrefined, is excellent at turning quickly and accurately while barely detectable in the flow of traffic. The pros and cons of both devices are obvious. However, in terms of speed and excitement, the turbo takes the cake. It’s a shame it’s limited to the most expensive trim levels.
Kia Soul 2024 Release Date And Price
The new Kia Soul 2024 is available starting at $19,190. Compared to the base SE model from Kona, the Soul is a lot cheaper at the moment. The GT-Line will set you back $22,590, while the S will set you back $21,490. The same price is the Kia Soul X-Line, while the EX, the second-highest trim level, costs $23,490. Turbo is a little more expensive than other models, but still affordable for most buyers. This is a good choice. This fee does not include the destination fee of $1,175.
