2023 Acura MDX The Reviews
2023 Acura MDX. The popular mid-size SUV has recently been remodeled, and after introducing all of the new features, we doubt we’ll see any greater modifications very soon. As a result, the Acura MDX 2023, which will be the second manufacturing year, is unlikely to get any substantial changes. We anticipate a similar design, with a basically same set of standard equipment.
You can count on a mid-cycle crossover that has a lot to offer, from capable engine options, a spacious cabin, and quiet handling. The MDX will also continue with a long list of standard equipment, in terms of technology and safety features. As for the main gripe, the first thing that comes to mind is the infotainment system which is a bit difficult to use. Also, the suspension settings may seem too harsh to some. Bearing in mind that no major changes are imminent, we expect the Acura MDX 2023 to hit the market sometime in the last quarter of 2022.
2023 Acura MDX Redesign
Since we are talking about a second production year, it is easy to conclude that the biggest changes will not happen. The Acura MDX 2023 will continue in the same way, with all the changes introduced with the 2022 model. The recent restyling brought a lot of new things, from the larger size and more space inside. For example, the new model has a wheelbase of 113.8 inches, which is 2.8 inches more than its predecessor.
Of course, there are also new styles that follow the latest design language of the brand. This new model is sharper and more aggressive than before. Given the new style, the only thing that could happen next year is the addition of new color options, although the new visual package doesn’t look unreal either.
The interior of the 2023 Acura MDX will remain unchanged. We expect to see the same cabin design, which offers a lot of great things. For example, we like the look of the dashboard, because it combines all the technical features well with a number of powerful physical controls. In this way, the cabin is both stylish and functional. In addition, the materials are good, while the build quality is very good, although not at the same level as German competitors.

2023 Acura MDX Update
The Acura MDX 2023, a luxury three-row SUV, will debut next summer. The manufacturer has missed 2021MY due to the coronavirus epidemic. In addition, the MDX 2022 will be completely redesigned. Hence, 2023MY is supposed to bring only minor changes. The MDX is a luxury three-row crossover. The new design is similar to the TLX sedan.
It’s the same design language that looks contemporary. Moreover, nothing will change under the hood. But the MDX really does have a lot of power, and there’s a hybrid version in the works. The only update will be inside. Acura is ready to offer the latest technology, including safety aids. Without further ado, here’s what we know about this model so far.
2023 MDX Presents Exterior Redesign
As mentioned, the fourth generation of the MDX has been redesigned. Thanks to it, the Acura MDX 2023 model should not change at all. 2022MY is about two inches longer than the previous generation. The new platform is more powerful and features a joystick system that hones its handling and behaviour, somewhat compensating for the larger space.
The MDX 2023 looks elegant and beautiful, just like the TLX sedan. The new model measures 198.4 inches long and 78.7 inches wide. However, the increase is really small, which is the most logical result.
Inside, the upcoming Acura MDX 2023 looks luxurious and ultra-modern. 2023MY will retain its current design. But the new MDX will contain the latest technology. For starters, the cabin is clad in leather, exposed porous wood, and piano black accents. The ride quality is really great, but the legroom in the third row isn’t that great.
More standard features in the new MDX? Updates to the infotainment system are just the beginning. This mid-size crossover will also have new driver assistance technology. The MDX is equipped with a 12.3-inch touch screen, a Wi-Fi hotspot and a wireless charging pad for smartphones. We expect to see more updates, but Acura hasn’t made it official yet in the coming months.

MDX Models Include A Hybrid Powertrain Option
The Acura MDX 2023 comes close with the same 3.5-liter V6 engine. This gasoline is capable of producing up to 290 horsepower and is equipped with a 10-speed automatic transmission. This means that the 9-speed gearbox is no longer available. Front-wheel drive is standard, and the AWD setup is optional again. No word on the hybrid powertrain. However, outgoing models offer one, so the 2023 MDX should arrive with the same output.
Additionally, the Model S is also in the works. This sporty model comes with a 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine that produces 355 horsepower. Finally, the regular MDX delivers 19 mpg city and 26 mpg highway. Therefore, a hybrid powertrain is a good choice because it offers better fuel efficiency.
Acura MDX 2023 Release Date & Price
The new Acura MDX 2023 will cost $48,000. Due to the number of upgrades, this means that the price remains the same. The best-of-its-kind Model S will cost upwards of $60,000. The new MDX crossover will arrive next summer, according to a recent report.
