A new version of the 2022 Seat Ateca SUV has been revealed. According to the latest news, this mid-range model is being refreshed, including an updated look, improved technology and more efficient engines.
In case you didn’t know: The Seat Ateca is the first SUV of a Spanish brand. It launched in late 2016 and went straight to the top in its class. After several years of huge sales success, the new model is ready to re-conquer the crossover market with a renewed look.

However, according to the manufacturer, the base Ateca will use the same 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine, as we’ve heard that this engine will lead to an improvement in fuel consumption of up to 10%.
The optional 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine is still offered, and it will reduce fuel consumption as with the base version. As for diesel engines, the 1.6 TDI was replaced by a new 2.0-liter engine with 115 hp. If you need a little more power, there’s a 2.0-liter TDI that pumps just under 200 hp. The 2022 Seat Ateca Crossover offers a striking design that looks appealing. The manufacturer added a unique grille pattern and a redesigned bumper with fog lights. The new grille is somewhat reminiscent of the Leon Hatchback. It is attractive and looks like a hexagon.
As before, the shape of the headlights remains almost the same. In the rear, the upcoming 2022 Seat Ateca will have taillights that use the latest LED system and two exhaust systems in the bumper.

Both come with a new 10.25 in customizable digital display.
