2022 Ram Rebel TRX Full Review

The first engine also featured in the concept model uses the Hellcat 6.2L Supercharged V8 which delivers 575hp. Next up is the 7.0-liter V8 that will deliver 525 horsepower. The other option is the Hellcat which produces 707 hp. All models will be equipped with all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Recent rumors say the Blue Oval will use the same engine as on the Mustang Shelby GT500. As you likely know, this powertrain consists of a supercharged 5.2-liter V-8 with the potential to deliver up to 760 hp. If the rumor is true, this model could become the first pickup to rival the Raptor.

The front is dominated with a larger and more powerful grille that looks unique. Interestingly, this time the manufacturer almost used the standard LED headlights and the same LED taillights found on the Ram 1500.

The regular Ram Rebel “Quad” cabin comes standard with an 8.4-inch horizontal touch screen. One can get an optional 12.0 inch touch screen infotainment system which will undoubtedly support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Expect loads of optional features, including a more powerful Harman Kardon audio system and better driver assistance systems. Like the Ram 1500, the TRX comes standard with adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, lane management and more.

2022 Ram Rebel TRX Release date and Price

The latest 2022 Ram Rebel TRX is a pickup truck that rivals the popular Raptor. This model was recently spied on and is based on the previous generation Ram 1500.

The base edition Rebel TRX starts at $ 45,000, while the highest version is over $ 55,000. In the same category are pickups such as the Ford Ranger Raptor and Cadillac Escalade EXT. Expect a fierce battle between them.
