2021 Honda N-Box the Reviews
One of Japan’s smallest city cars, the 2021 Honda N-Box, was unveiled last week. Three years after the premiere of the current generation, Honda announced that the newly designed version would be ready for the first time next month. According to them, the new N-Box will be manufactured exclusively for the Japanese market. As we can see from the first available images, the upcoming N-Box will retain the same proportions and shape. Of course, some minor refreshments are available, including the trimmed exterior (mask, lights, and bumpers) and more modern interiors.
Like the previous model, the new model will be powered by the same small 660-cubic-foot three-cylinder petrol engine capable of producing 64 hp. This engine is mated to a new CVT transmission and buyers can choose between four-wheel drive or front-wheel drive versions.
2021 Honda N-Box engine specifications
As mentioned, the upcoming 2021 Honda N-Box is a small city car that will be available with the same engine as its predecessor. This means that it will be available with the same 660 m3 3-cylinder petrol engine.
According to Honda, this engine can produce just under 70hp. In addition, it uses a new CVT transmission. You would, of course, think that this is a very poor option, but this motor is sufficient for everyday use in the city, given the N-Box’s small dimensions. In addition to the engine and transmission, this model is also available as an option with all-wheel drive.

In fact, these are the most visible changes. At the back, the Honda N-Box has minor updates. It has visually better rear lights with more chrome on the boot hatch. The color palette is getting richer and buyers can choose a variant with optional two-tone combinations.
